With experience as a Business Development Manager working with both A and B lenders, I bring insider insight from the lending side directly to my clients. I understand how banks and alternative lenders evaluate risk and how to structure mortgage applications to position you for the best possible outcome.

Now, as a licensed Mortgage Agent, I go beyond simply securing an approval. I take a strategy first approach to mortgage planning, drawing from a range of tools and frameworks, including the AYME mortgage strategy, to create financing solutions that reduce borrowing costs, preserve flexibility, and support your long term financial goals.
